1. APPAREL & PRODUCTION

DREAMSELLRz produces premium streetwear across multiple categories, including Graphic Tees, Hoodies, Jumpsuits, Women's Apparel, Headwear, Custom-Dyed and/or painted pieces.

• Printing Methods: We utilize DTG (Direct to Garment), DTF (Direct to Film), and Screen Printing techniques. By purchasing, you acknowledge that different printing methods have unique textures and care requirements.
• Custom Treatment: For hand-bleached or custom-dyed items, variations in color and pattern are intentional. Your piece is a 1-of-1.

2. FINAL SALE POLICY

Due to the limited nature of our drops and the custom production involved:

• No Returns or Exchanges: All sales are final. This applies to all products across the site.
• Order Accuracy: Double-check your size and shipping info. Once an order is processed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
• Damaged/Wrong Items: If we messed up (wrong item or factory defect), email dreamsellrzwrld@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

3. SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT

• Processing: Standard orders typically ship within 5–10 business days.
• Production Lead Time: Certain items, specifically those involving custom dyes or specialty assembly, may require up to two (2) weeks for production before shipping.
• Risk of Loss: DREAMSELLRz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery.

4. GARMENT CARE

To maintain the integrity of our DTG, DTF, and Screen Printed graphics, we recommend washing garments inside out in cold water and hanging them to dry. DREAMSELLRz is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing or high-heat drying.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, logos, and "DREAMSELLRz" branding are the exclusive property of this brand. Any unauthorized use of our "LIVE THE DREAM." assets is strictly prohibited.
